Andrew concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation as well as white collar defense, SEC enforcement matters, and international and domestic arbitration.
He has represented domestic and international companies and investment funds in state and federal court in connection with complex disputes involving breach of contract as well as fiduciary duty, fraud, and other common law tort claims. His experience also includes the representation of parties in international and domestic arbitration under the Rules of the ICC, FINRA, and JAMS. Andrew has represented individuals in connection with investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Before joining Smith Villazor LLP, Andrew was an associate at two large international law firms.
